A top ranked U.S. law firm is seeking corporate attorneys for its Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas offices. Attorneys should have 4 + years of experience with fund formation, governance and transactions and/or securities matters. Applicable bar admission is required. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Positions offer a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program. Salary is commensurate with experience and salary range for this position is $225,000 to $315,000.
