Corporate Attorney / Seattle
We are working on a great opportunity for a Corporate Associate with 2-4 years of corporate transactional experience to join a national firm’s Seattle office. As an associate in their award winning Corporate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. Position offers a collegial environment and an excellent opportunity to continue to develop strong skills and grow with a national firm.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of substantial corporate transactional experience.
- Experience drafting and negotiating transactional agreements, including ancillary documents and diligence reports in connection with the acquisition and disposition of public and private companies. licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements. Experience in real estate transactions is a plus.
- The ability to manage smaller transactions, be capable of independent responsibility for major documentation and components of larger transactions.
- Top law firm experience preferred, and a combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered.
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates must be admitted to the Washington Bar or meet the requirements to waive in.
