Corporate Attorney / D.C., Baltimore, Chicago, Los Angeles, or San Francisco
The Corporate Group of a top global law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Attorney with a minimum of four years of experience to join their group in either Washington, D.C., Baltimore, Chicago, Los Angeles, or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen along with a background that lends itself to a well-rounded understanding of business issues such as management consulting experience, in-house counsel work, an MBA degree, or significant client secondment. The successful candidate has substantial experience with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, as well as joint ventures and financings. This role will work with start-ups and Fortune100 companies alike, bringing a growth company mindset to mainstream company work with a focus on value add. Further, this role presents an unique opportunity to work closely with clients’ C-suites, as well as their legal teams, to execute on business and corporate strategy plans, and design and implement cutting edge solutions. Candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction’s bar.
