A top law firm is seeking a Corporate Transactional Attorney with at least 7 years of experience to join their team in Miami. Required experience needed in corporate transactions, including equity investments, M&A transactions, corporate governance, LLC and partnership issues. Knowledge of securities law, tech, public work and fund formation are a plus. Florida Bar required; law firm experience required.
