A Global Corporate practice group is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 4-6 years of significant M&A experience to join their Dallas location. The successful candidate will have experience in M&A transactions, specifically with preparation, review and negotiation of acquisition and financing agreements and related organizational documents. Experience in fund work is preferred but not required. Relevant general corporate experience will also be considered.
