Corporate Attorney / 3+ yrs. / Las Vegas
A top ranked global law firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 3+ years of relevant experience to join their group in Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will be based in Las Vegas and have a minimum of three years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, venture capital, and angel investments. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the Nevada Bar. Offers a competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
