The Houston and Pittsburgh offices of a top ranked law firm has openings for a Corporate Associate with at least 2-5 years of experience. Candidates should have experience in broad-based general corporate matters, and in particular in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity areas. Securities law knowledge is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania or Texas.
