Seeking an associate with experience in general corporate transactions to support a Capital Markets team in Miami. Candidates with fund formation, including representation of sponsors in on-shore and off-shore funds, Investment Advisor Act compliance, and private equity and hedge funds preferred. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials. Major law firm experience preferred.
