A top-ranked law firm has an opening for a corporate associate with at least 3-6 years of experience. This position may be filled in Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. Candidates should have experience in broad-based general corporate matters, and in particular in the mergers and acquisitions and private equity areas. Securities law knowledge is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in their respective state.
