Consumer Finance Litigation / Ft. Lauderdale

The Fort Lauderdale office of an AMLaw 100 firm has an opening for a Litigation Associate with at least 6-9 years of experience who will work primarily on financial services litigation. Candidates must be able to handle all phases of litigation and have substantial in-court experience, including drafting and arguing substantive discovery, dispositive and injunctive relief motions and appeals. Bankruptcy and class action litigation experience is a plus. Candidates must be well organized, self-motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials.
