Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney / 6-8 yrs. / Miami, FL
There is an immediate need for a Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney with 6-8 years of experience in Florida federal and state courts to join a top ranked team in Miami. The attorney must have experience helping to manage all facets of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial. Additionally, this is a need for an attorney that is ready, willing and able to manage and take charge of multiple cases, take the lead role in developing and implementing legal strategy, managing junior associates and paralegals, including review of written work product, and delivering exceptional results through both persuasive legal memoranda, analysis and reasoning, as well as on their feet in-court oral advocacy. The attorney must have arbitration experience, excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills and be admitted to practice in Florida.
