Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney / 4-6 yrs. / West Palm Beach
The West Palm Beach office of a high ranking law firm is seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4 to 6 years of experience. Previous litigation experience focused on legal ethics, professional liability, business disputes, and/or partnership and shareholder disputes is preferred. Experience preparing federal and state court filings, handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery and motions is required. Trial or evidentiary hearing experience is considered a plus. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
