A well respected law firm is seeking Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney(s) with 5+ years’ experience in the area of Commercial Litigation to join their group in Palm Beach Gardens. Attorney(s) must have litigation experience to include the ability to handle all aspects of a case in state and federal court, including pre-trial prep, court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trials. Additionally, strong drafting, writing, research and analytical skills is a must. Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and a member of the Florida Bar in good standing is a requirement. Portable book of business a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
