Capital Markets (SEC) Associate Attorney / 4-6 yrs. / Washington, DC
A top ranking law firm is seeking a Capital Markets (SEC) Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience (Class of 2018 to 2020) to join the Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate should have significant experience with advising public companies with SEC reporting obligations and corporate governance best practices, as well as experience representing issuers and underwriters and sponsors in registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings. Familiarity with leveraged and investment grade covenant structures is beneficial, but not required. Starting salary range has not yet been released.
