Business Litigation Attorney / San Francisco
An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an attorney with 3 to 6 years experience to join their Business Litigation practice group in San Francisco. This position offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of general commercial, civil and business litigation matters with a national and international client base. Candidates must have a solid background and prior experience in complex commercial litigation, such as: consumer or shareholder class actions, antitrust litigation, merger and acquisition litigation, securities litigation, corporate governance disputes, real estate financing and development disputes, and/or multi-district or multi-forum litigation. Successful candidates will also have experience in the discovery process and e-discovery. Deposition, hearing and oral argument experience is a plus. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization skills, attention to detail, writing and analytical skills are required, as is active membership in the California bar.
