Corporate Associate / Atlanta

The Atlanta office of an international AmLaw 100 law firm seeks a highly qualified mid-level Corporate Associate with general corporate experience, with a preference for substantial M&A (including strategic investments with public and private companies), corporate finance, and commercial contracting experience. The successful candidate will have significant experience drafting and negotiating transactional agreements (including ancillary documents and diligence reports in connection with the acquisition and disposition of public and private companies), licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements. Candidates should have a high level of initiative and engagement, an entrepreneurial attitude, and a demonstrable commitment to becoming a partner.
