Attorney / Tax – D.C.

A Global 100 law firm is seeking to hire an attorney with two to five years of significant transactional experience, particularly real estate finance, corporate or securities experience. Knowledge of government incentive programs, partnerships and limited liability companies, aptitude for analyzing financial projections and willingness to work in the areas of historic preservation and/or community development is a plus. Tax credit experience welcomed but not required.
