💰Salary: $260,000–$310,000 + Bonus & Benefits

A nationally recognized Am Law firm is seeking a Consumer Finance Regulatory Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join its Financial Regulatory practice in multiple offices across the United States.

This is an exceptional opportunity to advise leading financial institutions, FinTech companies, lenders, and technology providers on complex federal and state regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:
✔️ Consumer financial services regulation
✔️ Banking and FinTech compliance
✔️ Financial regulatory analysis and licensing
✔️ Drafting lending and commercial agreements
✔️ Federal consumer protection laws (TILA, FCRA, ECOA, RESPA, and related regulations)
✔️ Regulatory investigations and compliance counseling
