Financial Services Regulatory & Compliance Associate / 3–5 years / Multiple U.S. Offices

💰 Starting Salary Range: $250,000–$340,000

A top Am Law firm is seeking a Financial Services Regulatory & Compliance Associate (3–5 years) to join its nationally recognized regulatory practice.

This is an exceptional opportunity to advise banks, FinTech companies, payment providers, and other financial institutions on sophisticated regulatory and compliance matters across the U.S. and internationally.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:
✔️ Banking and financial services regulation
✔️ FinTech, payment systems, and money services businesses
✔️ BSA/AML, sanctions, consumer compliance, and licensing matters
✔️ Regulatory counseling and compliance programs
✔️ Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Enforcement experience is a plus, and Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.
