A leading global law firm is expanding its Executive Compensation & Benefits practice and seeking associates with experience advising on compensation and employee benefits matters tied to sophisticated corporate transactions.

This role includes exposure to:

  • M&A transactions
  • Private equity deals
  • Equity compensation arrangements
  • Executive employment matters
  • Transactional benefits counseling

Ideal candidates will have strong transactional training, excellent drafting skills, and experience supporting complex deal work.
