This opportunity is ideal for a senior real estate attorney who enjoys working directly with developers, investors, lenders, property owners, and other sophisticated clients on high-value transactions.

Representative matters include:

  • Commercial and residential acquisitions & dispositions
  • Development projects
  • Financing transactions
  • Leasing and loan documentation
  • Land use, zoning, title & survey matters
  • Complex due diligence and transaction management

The ideal candidate will bring substantial transactional experience, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor while helping grow an already successful practice. A portable book is welcomed but not required.
