Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney / 3-5 yrs. / Boston, New York, or Washington, D.C.
Seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join a nationally recognized practice group in either Boston, New York, or Washington D.C. Qualified candidate will have experience with wage and hour class action litigation, single plaintiff employment litigation, and employment-related counseling. Strong legal writing skills and experience with discovery, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, and researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings required. Experience with trial preparation in both state and federal courts and participation in settlement conferences and negotiations preferred. Top academics and experience required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice. Timely admission to the state Bar coinciding with office of hire will be a condition of employment. The expected salary range for this New York based position is between $250,000 – $315,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
