Patent Prosecution Attorney / 3+ yrs. / Dallas, Denver or Phoenix
A top ranked national law firm is seeking a mid-level patent prosecution attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their group that specializes in securing global patent rights for user facing and user experience related technologies and enforcing those rights through litigation and alternative enforcement mechanisms. This position is for Dallas, Denver or Phoenix. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess either patent prosecution legal experience or industry experience and a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or physics. Substantial experience with software related technology and experience with design patents are a plus.
