Business Immigration Attorney / 3-5 years / Philadelphia
A top ranked global law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join their practice group in Philadelphia. Qualified candidates should have five or more years of experience specifically in business immigration, including extensive experience in I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS and DOJ audits as well as experience with nonimmigrant (H1B, L-1, TN, O1, etc.) and immigrant visas and PERM applications. Additional requirements include excellent client service and communication skills, case management, productivity, well-developed organizational skills and advanced writing and analytical skills. Experience managing a large client base is a plus.
