Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorneys / Miami
A growing national law firm is seeking Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorneys to join their team in Miami. Associate Attorneys should have a demonstrated interest in Florida workers’ compensation defense and must be able to work independently on an assigned case. Associate Attorneys must also have experience handling general discovery matters, including taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, responding to written discovery, preparing motions, etc. Trial experience is a plus.
