Two highly regarded, top law firms are seeking Trusts & Estates Associates with a minimum of 7 years’ of estate administration experience and experience drafting complex estate planning documents (ex: Dynasty Trusts, GRATs, ILITs, QPRTs, Revocable Trusts). Candidates must have strong academic credentials, along with excellent written and oral communication skills. LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred and Florida bar required.
