Trial Attorney / New York

A national law firm is seeking to hire an experienced Trial Attorney to join their NYC Litigation team in the defense of commercial auto cases throughout the 5 boroughs. Qualifications include:

• 7-10 years of experience
• Proven track record of at least 5 years pre-Covid trial experience in the defense of auto cases, and strong references
• Capable of independently managing a caseload from pretrial motions, motions in limine, trial prep and trials
• Absent an exemption required by law, each employee is required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Collaboration with team members is an important component. Therefore, this position will require working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm’s guidelines.
