One of the nation’s oldest law firms is seeking a senior real estate attorney with 5 to 10 years of experience to join their highly regarded group in either Greenwich, Madison, Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, Westport or Remote. Qualified candidates will have substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and broader experience in the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial properties. Additional experience in the acquisition of assets and general corporate tasks is desired. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be highly motivated, have strong communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
