A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney / Senior Counsel with 10+ years’ experience to join their Morristown, New Jersey team. The position involves representation of insurers in complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters, including the defense of consumer class actions against insurers, coverage disputes pertaining to general liability and professional liability policies, and bad faith coverage litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who is able to work within a busy and fast-paced team environment and looking to grow. Must have state and federal court experience, excellent credentials, solid work history and be comfortable with client interaction with high level executives of major insurance companies.
