Senior Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney or Counsel / 8+ yrs. / San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine
A leading & rapidly expanding global law firm is seeking a Senior Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney or Counsel with 8+ years’ experience, to be located in either San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine, CA. The candidate should be an excellent writer who is highly motivated and proactive with their caseload—someone who will be able to act independently and comfortable taking on a leadership role with their cases, with experience and an interest in working on complex insurance coverage litigation matters, and who is comfortable with client interaction with high level executives of major insurance companies. The position involves representation of insurers in complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters, including the defense of consumer class actions against insurers, coverage disputes pertaining to general liability and professional liability policies, and bad faith coverage litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who is able to work within a busy and fast-paced team environment, and looking to grow. The salary range for this position is $180,000 – $200,000 and also offers excellent benefits to include student loan reimbursement.
