Senior Corporate Attorney / 6+ yrs. / Dallas, Kansas City or St. Louis
A top AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney with at least 6+ years of experience to join their group in either Dallas, Kansas City or St. Louis. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills. Additionally, candidates should have business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture and/or other complex commercial transactions. This attorney will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients. Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting is a plus. Position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package with challenging work in a collegial work environment.
