Securities Litigation Associate / 4+ yrs. / San Francisco, Santa Monica, New York, Seattle, or Washington, DC
A top ranked law firm that handles a wide range of civil and regulatory matters for its corporate and individual clients is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate with at least 4 years of experience to join their group in either San Francisco, Santa Monica, New York, Seattle, or Washington, DC. This group represents issuers (including Fortune 100 and leading technology and life science companies) and their directors and officers in securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation and other civil actions arising from securities-related disputes. It also has an active internal investigation, regulatory, and white-collar defense practice. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must. The Securities Litigation Associate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. The anticipated range for this position is:$310,000 – $445,000, dependent on JD year, direct experience, location, etc.
