A globally recognized practice that does more buyouts and growth equity deals than any other firm in the world is seeking a Private Equity Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their group in Boston, New York, Philadelphia or Washington, DC. Associates must have experience both working in teams and managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions and exits and equity compensation. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
