A top national law firm is seeking a mid-level patent prosecution attorney with at least 3+ years of experience to join their busy intellectual property practice. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Candidate must also have patent agent experience and/or a Ph.D. in chemical sciences, particularly organic chemistry and/or medicinal chemistry. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and must be admitted to practice before the USPTO. This position is open in 15 offices in the following states: DE, FL, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ and PA and offers hybrid work options in each.
