A globally recognized, top 100 law firm has an opening in multiple offices for an Intellectual Property Patent Prosecution Associate with three to five years of patent prosecution and patent application drafting, leading inventor meetings, and developing patent strategy. Office locations for this positions are in Boston, MA; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Princeton, NJ; Washington, D.C.; and, West Palm Beach, FL. Requirements: Juris Doctorate (JD); Undergraduate or advanced degrees (MS or PhD) in computer science and life sciences (chemistry or biology); Licensed to practice in the state where the office resides; Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills; Patent preparation and prosecution experience; and, USPTO registration. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $210,000 to $250,000 in New York and Washington, DC.
