Patent Litigation Attorney / Denver or New York

A leading international law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its nationally ranked and growing Patent Litigation group and to focus on pharmaceutical and other life sciences litigation. Those who have a technical degree in the life sciences, have completed a district court or Federal Circuit clerkship, and have practical work experience in the field of your technical expertise are preferred.  Strong academic credentials, excellent references and superb writing and oral communication skills are required. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work with experienced practitioners across various offices.

This position may be filled in Denver or New York and in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act as well as the New York City Human Rights Law, the compensation range in Denver or New York for this position is $225,000 to $370,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may provide a discretionary bonus annually.
