Midlevel M&A Associates or Counsel / Dallas
A Corporate practice group with a long track record of leading sophisticated mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations is seeking Midlevel M&A Associates or Counsel to join their team in Dallas. Associates should have experience representing private equity sponsors or private or public companies in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, coordinating with internal and external specialists, and leading signing and closing processes. Associates should also have experience managing deal execution and supervising and training more junior associates. The clients are public and private companies; private equity, hedge and sovereign wealth funds and their portfolio companies; boards of directors; shareholders; and individual investors. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required.
