Mid-Level Health Industry Associates / Austin, Dallas, Houston or Washington D.C.
A dynamic international law firm is seeking two Mid-Level Health Industry Associates to join their group in either Austin, Dallas, Houston or Washington D.C. Candidates should have experience with health care regulatory matters, including Federal health care program (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid) enrollment, reimbursement, billing, and compliance; Internal and government investigations; False Claims Act litigation; Medtech industry regulatory and compliance frameworks; Risk assessment and mitigation; Compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, including product and service pricing and discounts; and market access, including reimbursement support and patient access programs. Associates must have the ability to communicate directly with internal and external clients through live discussions as well as clear, concise written legal advice; Provide risk-based analyses of complex concepts; Learn about, and understand, clients’ business objectives, operations, and strategies, in order to provide creative and practical guidance that allows clients to maintain compliance with laws and regulations while meeting their business needs; Manage competing priorities and deadlines efficiently and effectively; and collaborate closely with other teams, including colleagues specializing in FDA compliance, litigation, technology transactions, and health care privacy. Pay Range: $235,000 – $365,000. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
