Litigation Attorney / Salt Lake City
A top global law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their team in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will be prepared to work on a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters ranging from securities, white collar defense, antitrust, bankruptcy, and restructuring matters to product liability, real estate litigation, and intellectual property disputes. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules, be highly motivated, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be diligent, high energy, possess excellent writing skills and be able to work independently to manage myriad deadlines and thrive in a team environment. The candidate should have experience with taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel. Admission to the Utah State Bar preferred. Position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
