The New York office of a top ranked law firm seeks a Corporate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of private equity, venture capital and joint venture transactional experience. Must possess strong drafting and organizational skills, excellent academics. Must possess Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. Anticipated base salary: $192,500-$270,750.
