Labor & Employment Litigation Associate / 3-6 yrs. / Pittsburgh
One of the world’s leading law firms is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join their renowned national labor and employment practice in Pittsburgh. Qualified candidates will have experience with or interest in: Litigating restrictive covenants and trade secrets, including injunctive relief; Executive mobility: onboarding, separations, and incentive arrangements; Employment counseling on compliance, risk, and sensitive personnel issues; M&A employment support: diligence, integration, and ongoing portfolio company support; and, Internal investigation support involving whistleblower or reputational concerns. Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required. Associates considering relocation to Pittsburgh are welcome to apply, firm will support both waive-in and bar exam admission paths.
