Labor & Employment Attorney / 3 – 5 yrs. / New York
A top ranked law firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Labor & Employment Attorney with 3 to 5 years of labor and employment defense experience to join their group in New York. Employment litigation (before federal & state courts and government agencies) and counseling experience is required, together with excellent legal research and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a litigation caseload, including, but not limited to, drafting responsive pleadings, position statements, discovery requests/responses and discovery/dispositive motions. This position can generally be performed remotely, but Associates may occasionally be asked to work in and/or attend teambuilding events in the office. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the New York State Bar. Annual base salary: $192,500 – $275,000 (The exact amount of salary for this position is dependent on a variety of factors).
