Labor & Employment Attorney / 5-8 yrs. / Philadelphia

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney who has 5-8 years’ experience to join their thriving Labor & Employment Practice Group in Philadelphia. Experience handling class and collective actions and wage & hour matters required. Interested candidates must be seasoned attorneys who can take on significant responsibility handling employment litigation, administrative matters, and client counseling across a range of employment areas, including without limitation, ADA, ADEA, Title VII and Title IX. Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required.
