Labor & Employment Attorney / 2-4 yrs. / Remote
A premier labor and employment department in an international law firm is seeking a highly motivated Labor & Employment Attorney with 2-4 years of experience who is looking for a remote position. The Attorney must have excellent communication, writing, research, and analytical skills, and be highly organized and able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers a reduced schedule and is remote. The ideal attorney will have two to four years of employment litigation experience handling single plaintiff actions, as well as employment class actions and wage-and-hour collective actions. Experience in all (or most) of the following is preferred: handling discovery (including eDiscovery); researching and drafting motions and briefs; and preparing for witness interviews and/or depositions. Attorneys must have some management side law firm experience. Compensation Range is currently $150,000 – $180,000.
