Labor & Employment Associate / 5-7 yrs. / Los Angeles, San Diego &/or Remote
A growing national labor and employment practice is seeking Labor & Employment Associates with 5 to 7 years of labor and employment defense experience for its Los Angeles and San Diego offices. General employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation, and employment counseling experience is required. Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court experience, are also required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the California State Bar. Seeking candidates who reside in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego as the team is not required to work fully in the office. Annual base salary: $200,000 – $285,000
