Labor & Employment Associate Attorney / 3-5 yrs. / New York
A top ranking law firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of labor and employment defense experience to join their team in New York. Employment litigation (before federal & state courts and government agencies) and counseling experience is required, together with excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a litigation caseload, including, but not limited to, drafting responsive pleadings, position statements, discovery requests/responses and discovery/dispositive motions. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the New York State Bar. Starting base salary for this role is estimated at: $200,000 – $275,000.
