Healthcare Associate / 4-6 yrs. / Baltimore or Nashville
A nationally recognized healthcare practice is seeking a senior-level healthcare associate with 4 – 6 years of experience to join their practice in either Baltimore or Nashville. The ideal candidate will have transactional experience advising health care providers. Experience handling operational and corporate work for different types of providers, including surgery centers, ancillary service providers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, labs, and long-term care providers, is a plus. Candidates should have experience with a leading law firm or healthcare provider and strong law school credentials. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented and have the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
