Corporate (Transactional) Associate / Multiple Locations

A leading global mergers and acquisitions group is looking for an experienced transactional attorney to specialize in private equity co-investments. Candidate will act as the lead attorney reviewing and negotiating private equity co-investments for private equity fund clients. Transactions typically include reviewing and negotiating equity commitment letters, limited guarantees, interim investor agreements, limited partnership (or limited liability company) agreements, purchase agreements and side letters. Experience should include mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity investments. Position may be filled in Boca Raton, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York, or Washington, D.C.
