Corporate (Securities/Capital Markets) Associate 2-5 yrs. / 18 locations
A top firm with a phenomenal reputation is seeking a Corporate (Securities/Capital Markets) Associate with 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in securities law advice and capital markets transactions to join any of their 18 locations across the U.S. (in AZ, CA, CO, DC, DE, IA, IL, IN, MN, NJ, NY, PA, or TX.) Associates should have specific expertise in securities and capital markets—in particular, familiarity with public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, SEC compliance and corporate governance requirements, as well as debt and equity markets transactions. The associate must have experience advising on reporting requirements, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. The successful associate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $170,000 – $300,000.
