Corporate M&A Associate / 2+ yrs. / Miami
A top AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their practice in Miami. Qualified candidates should have business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture and/or other complex commercial transactions. Experience in Latin America corporate work is a plus. This attorney will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients. Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. Particular interest in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support the national practice. JD required. Candidate should be business proficient in Spanish.
